I'll say it one more time.  Vista is a different NTFS variant.  The 
research I did indicated that you want to resize the Vista partition 
from Vista.

So, if I'm wrong, you're okay either way.  If I'm right, you got a 50/50 
chance of screwing up your Vista. (although it's hard to screw it up 
anymore then it already is.)
