[ale] Dynamic DNS

Ok again being the cheapskate I am and not wanting to pay for a static IP
address, does anyone have any experience with any of the dynamic DNS
services?  I'm open to suggestions and remember I'm an advanced user and not
a professional geek.  I just want to be able to access my WIKI when I'm on
the road.
