[ale] Tyan Motherboard problem

I have this weird issue with a Tyan motherboard I recently installed.
When in the BIOS I can not press 'Enter'.  If I click F10 to save and
exit I can click Y and y and I see the letters change but enter does not
seem to work.  I originally thought this was a USB keyboard issue but
also tried a PS2.  The issue I'm running into is that I can change the
system to boot regardless if keyboard is attached.  Ideas?
