I keep my land line and Western Electric 2500D so I can get out of the Matrix when the agents come. Also, the phone will survive an EMP, not to sure about the CO electronics but most of the CO's I have seen would probably survive the blast. Plus the sound quality is superior on a landline. Cell phones give you none of the above.
