[ale] anyone have experience wirh iSCSI/OpenFiler/FreeNAS etc...?

Was just wondering what peoples experiences are with iSCSI/CIFS
providing OS's such as OpenFiler or
FreeNAS? In particular, are they robust enough to be dependable-- and
any positive or negative experiences
with same... Or if you have something else that is a favorite. Also,
there is another (commerical) option
called Open-E (www.open-e.com) - has anyone played with that?
