[ale] OT: Goin Comcast

I use comcast and have all unix based systems with the exception of my 
wife's laptop.  We consistently get 20 M down shown by speedtest.net.  I 
will see 30 down every now and then.

I have never installed any additional ISP provided software on any of my 
machines.
