[ale] archives are back - hardware woes

The ALE archives are back online.

Currently, however, we are mucking through a failed hard drive on the
server. There may be some intermittent loss of service/features as
this issue is resolved. Our hosting provider is helping tremendously
in this issue so be sure to plug Xilogix graciously as a big thank
you!
