[ale] AT&T having outgoing email issues

587 FTW. I ran into this problem with my AT&T DSL line, so I setup my  
outside mail server to listen on 587  for message submission with SSL  
and user auth required and it has worked great. I have yet to find a  
network that blocks that port.
