[ale] iphone email connections to dovecot imap

tcpdump the traffic from the iphone's IP address and verify that you are seeing
any traffic at all.   Of course, verify that the server name is spelled
correctly, etc.   Try using the server's IP address instead of the name to
eliminate DNS issues.
