[ale] scripted suspend-to-disk?

Hi,

In an effort to lower my power consumption I want to schedule my laptop to 
suspend-to-disk automatically at say 1am. I'm using Kubuntu 8.10. I can do it 
from the menu but the item does not appear in the menu editor so I can't see 
the command to execute. Anyone figured this out?
