[ale] T.38 recommendations

It's been a while since I last dug into this, but is HylaFax still 
generally the way to go for OSS T.38 termination? It looks like with 
Asterisk, this isn't supported until 1.6.

Also, can anyone recommend a T.38 provider that both supports LNP, and 
gets along with HylaFax, or the software that you'd recommend? Usage 
would be light while I test things out, then scale up to around 8k 
pages/month (3/4 incoming) once it's put into production.
