As far as I'm concerned, his statement:

"Everything worked out fine, the installer was a few hours late"

Says to me that the balance of his article is pretty useless.  If an 
installer is 'a few hours late,' that's pretty lousy service as far as 
I'm concerned.  Not much else is going to make me happy after that.
