Well, of course the answer to the question in the subject of your email is g++.
If you are asking about an editor you are probably best off choosing
between VIM and EMACS. I'm not going to tell you which would be best
for developing C++, because I haven't done it. However, if you choose
EMACS I will probably snicker and call you a sissy.
