Relative to at&t customer support, roadrunner comes out not too horrid (I 
get to talk to at&t for help with the girl friend's connection). I haven't 
had the need/chance to try the tactic somebody around here suggested of 
calling back until you get support with oxygen reaching the brain, but the 
life is still young...
