Ahh, you have found LOLCODE, the latest in a long series of programming 
language perversions.

It is seriously amazing that people create such things.  There are far too 
many LOLCODE interpreters and compilers to remember them all.  Just so long as 
nobody implements a LOLCODE compiler in Brainfuck, we'll all be alright.

(I am pretty sure someone implemented a Brainfuck interpreter, if not 
compiler, in LOLCODE already.)
