[ale] rpms getting stange dependency.

Hello all.
I am building an rpm that generates a dependency on /usr/local/bin/ruby.
When I force its install on a test system it seems to work fine.  So I
am not sure where it is getting this dependency.
How can I stop rpmbuild from generating this dependency.
