[ale] desktop setting in Kde4

Hi,

In KDE4 you can move the mouse to the top left corner of the screen and like 
the Mac it will gray the screen and display every window you have open.  The 
windows are reduced so its easy to see all of them and choose the app your 
looking for.

Where can I find the settings for this feature?  Under Synergy it doesn't work 
and I think it will if I can increase the size of the hotspot.
