Looks like a rip-off of Crayon Phyics Deluxe

(Yes, CPD's well worth the $20  ;c)  Unfortunately, it doesn't work natively on 
Linux.... yet.  OTOH, with World of Goo  going to Linux and the CPD author's a 
big fan (and friend) of WoG so maybe he'll consider it.  However, a few 
pioneering folks have it running (apparently pretty easily) under Wine.
