[ale] Lovely story about Microsoft in Africa

Thanks for the update story. I've been watching the Mandriva/Microsoft
in Africa debacle for a while. It is a sordid tale of business as usual
from Microsoft. 

Glad to see the end result was Linux on the laptops. Of course it took a
very well publicized letter asking the big WTF from Mandriva to both
question the legalities of the actions and to shame Balmer and Co. into
backing out.
