[ale] real dumb question

I just set up a K12LTSP server with donated laptops as clients in a 
classroom, and my 50yr old brain has completely forgotten how to set up 
a folder that shows up on every client/user's desktop that students can 
drop work into and the teacher can then grab all the work from to review 
from her server station.  Can someone remind an old dude how to do this?
