[ale] ALE.ORG domain corrected

Our ALE.ORG domain is pointed at our new server now.

The generous provider of our donated hosting for the past
several months, Xilogix,  is finally getting proper credit and
appreciation.

We appreciate the domain correction but we don't seem to
have received any email notice of it... still looking for contact
with Chris Farris about the registration.
