The ale.org web address appears to be redirected.

We (Jim Kinney and I) have had a full ALE site mirror
up and on line for several months now at
<http://mail.ALE.org>.

Last communication to the previous web master was
that he could switch over the domain to the new host
"any time now".

I guess now it's any time.

In the mean time, you can find <http://ALE.org> at 
<http://mail.ALE.org>

We have a note out to switch the domain and a request
to transfer the domain ownership.  Will keep the list
apprised.
