[ale] Firefox 3 that ships with Ubuntu 8.04 is buggy.

I've discovered a couple of small bugs with this combo.  The first is 
that F11 is flakey.  It only sometimes works.  Sometimes it will switch 
between full screen and normal and sometimes it won't.  Sometimes it 
will work in one direction but not the other. 

The other problem is with check boxes.  If you click on a check box, it 
shows a slightly larger box, but no "check" (X) until you move focus to 
another form element.

Anyone else experiencing similar problems?
