[ale] KDE menu config Q

[transam at verysecurelinux.com (Bob Toxen)]

The KDE main menu (the big "K") no longer offers "Internet" as as an
option.  It was the top item.

Where might the config files be or how might I tweak them to put this
back (with my selection of browsers and such).  I have no idea how this
happened.
