I would still consider that pretty slow for a download, especially for a
Linux distro torrent. I'm on Comcrap cable on their lowest plan (3Mb/s ??)
and it maxes out at around 500KB/s when downloading from popular torrents.
When there are alot of seeders (like most Linux torrents), it usually
uploads very slow, maybe 1KB/s. On torrents with more leechers, I can
usually upload around 40KB/s max.
