Regardless of what we have and what we are getting, why aren't we holding
the US Army Corps of (NON) Engineers responsible for their mismanagement and
incompetence?

 

Between New Orleans and now the ACF, how much more of this will the American
people tolerate? (This is not a rhetorical question).

 

Oh, and not to mention the "faulty" valve that cost us 3' of water in '06.
