[ale] apache .htaccess config for no-cache

Does anyone know of a way to specify (via .htaccess) a no-cache option
for files in a directory?  I've got an app that creates html output,
but some browsers (notably FF) consider all the html files as static
and unchanged when requesting them (and FF therefore shows the already
cached ones)
