Ahh, that line will convert anything not specified above it (for the
same domain) into an outbound email address like:
jimpop+local at realdomain.tld.  The plus (+) has special meaning wrt
email and will generally cause everything to the right, up to the @,
to be ignored.   So... receiving systems will only attempt to validate
the authenticity of jimpop at realdomain.tld, yet the recipient can see
the +local part.
