[ale] NFS root Ubuntu live CD

I've just did some PXE stuff in Vmplayer and I trying to get the ubuntu
live CD to boot via nfsroot.

Here are the directions I'm following

It keeps looping at nfs-premount with "Device or Resource Busy"

Does anyone know how to fix?
