I use PmWiki, http://www.pmwiki.org/, and some of its security modules,
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/Cookbook#Security, to handle access
control to a wiki farm. I have it wired into our existing group-based
security scheme that lives in a separate MySQL database. I can get into
more detail off list if you'd like.
