No, I don't think you missed anything.  I was holding 10,000 shares of 
SGI then, I now have nothing.  The old stock was declared worthless and 
the new stock issued in liu of debt to the banks and other institutions 
that held superior  financial instruments.  We common stockholders were 
at the bottom of the barrel and got nothing.
