[ale] Vmware Tools

All,

My shiny new XP guest under VMware is not letting me do copy/paste to
my SUSE host.

I read that I need vmware tools installed to do this.  (Open sourced
just a week ago?)

So from a very high-level, do I need that only on the guest? or both
the host and the guest?
