If you install the 32bit libs then you will be able to run 32 bit
binaries. At least that is how I understand it works. Load only 64bit
libs and you have to have 64 bit binaries.
Note that this is probably easy with Debian. Just apt-get the 32bit
libs. Is there a 32bit compat lib package?
