[bogus at does.not.exist.com (bogus at does.not.exist.com)]

CD to added to my explorer view.  (Took me a couple minutes to find
it, so I don't know how fast it appeared.)  The CD had all the install
files for VMware Tools.

I then ran setup.exe from the replacement virtual CD.  When it
finished, reboot was requested.  After reboot D: was back to being my
physical DVD.

Pretty easy, but I had to google to find a reference to the virtual CD
and know to run setup.exe from there.
