[ale] Linux MicroPBX

Now that I have free international calling to most of Western Europe
courtesy of Vonage (esp. France where we have lots of family members),
I'm wondering if I could set up a micro PBX in the house. I have Vonage
and Comcast VOIP lines in the home. Could I use an old PC and something
lighter weight than Asterisk whereby I could call home on my Comcast
VOIP phone with my cell phone and command the PBX to call France and
connect the calls? I know I could likely do this with a cellphone that
does the web using Skpe but most of our French family and friends do not
have PCs nor ISPs at home, and the Vonage calls are a lot more clear.
Any thoughts? This would be great for someone who had Vonage for office
line and had a basic BellSouth (now ATT) home service with no long
distance on it.
