Kind of. At it's heart, Plaxo is an online service that you can use to 
sync your different address books. Their new service, Pulse, aggregates 
the content (e.g. blogs, flickr, del.icio.us) produced by your contacts. 
Like Facebook's feeds, it's an easy way to have peripheral vision into 
the lives of your friends and acquaintances.
