[ale] posting



Thanks for your suggestions to all.

The important thing is to attempt to convince them of the benefits for the
company by working from remotely.  In most cases it's a win-win situation.
Unfortunately corporate culture and inflexibility doesn't enable many people
to do so. Most corporations are still mostly about controlling the employee.
