[ale] OpenOffice Toolbars....

Anyone know how to prevent OO from automagically switching toolbars as
you scroll the cursor up or down differing lines (i.e. Normal, Bulleted,
Tables, etc.) It's driving me batty as I edit a document.... and (some
other time I'm sure I will appreciate this) there are just way too many
config options. ;-)
