[ale] Best Buy acquiring Speakeasy

Well, I haven't seen the /. article (yet), but slightly before this ale 
message in my mail que I had the announcement from Speakeasy directly. I'd 
say it depends on the terms of the sale, at least in the short term. Long 
term - who knows?
