Hi,

Thanks to all for the information relative to using touch to change 
modification times etc. on files.

In Cygwin, I have done a chmod 700 on /usr/sbin/sshd.exe and although they 
are locked into the home directory, non-administrative users can still 
login via ssh.   I want only administrators to be able to login with 
ssh.  Does anyone have a suggestion on this?
