[ale] Laptop Repair OT

I have a slight problem, my HP DV 4000 will not power up anymore and I am sure that it is the DC power connector. It was getting bad and i had to keep messing with the cord and finally it just died. I tested the cord and it is not the problem. I reserched the internet and it looks like this should cost around $99. can anyone recommend a local place to do this or is anyone interested in doing it?
