[ale] Redirecting 5001 to 5000

I've asked this question before and got an answer.  Unfortunately I
can't remember, can't find my archive, and searching the ALE archive
does not seem to work.

I have a service running on 5000 on a server.  Some devices are
configured for 5001.  I do not want to run 2 daemons only one.  How can
I use iptables to redirect incoming connect()'s to 5001 to 5000?
