[ale] Loading httpd in Cygwin

Hi,

Somehow, Cygwin loads when Windows 2003 reboots.  Also, sshd also loads 
automatically at that time.  The only way I can get httpd to load at boot 
time is to place /usr/sbin/httpd in /etc/profile and schedule a Windows 
task that starts at boot up and runs cygwin.bat.  But I get an extra shell 
that way.

Is there a way to make httpd load in the same way that sshd loads?
