Managed Services Support Technician 


SUMMARY 

Proactively upgrade client software remotely via internet and modems. 

Ability to Perform system administrative and upgrade tasks within the
operating system, ensuring data integrity and backup of client data. 

Open and work on repair and upgrade tickets in response to customer
needs. 


QUALIFICATIONS 

1 to 4 years experience in a technical support role capacity 

Some experience with Unix, SCO or Linux, and some systems administration
is desirable 

Ability to work independently 

Ability to call a customer and convey the service they are rendering. 


Position is Full or Part time days in Alpharetta. 

Compensation is $9-$15 per hour dependent on experience and
qualifications
