[ale] OT: Anyone using FDN Communications?

Alers,

We're looking to switch our voice and data provider and FDN  
communications has what seems to be the best offer.  Almost too  
good.  Google doesn't return many customer reviews, good or bad.   
Does anyone have experience dealing with them?  The service we'd be  
getting is a T1 split between voice and data.
