[ale] OT: searching for job / hiring w/out recruiters

I realize this is a bit off topic, but as a long time ALE reader, I
suspect some of you will be interested in a new website - a free,
moderated, principals-only IT job board: no clutter from recruiters or
anonymous job ads.  It helps employers find new employees and job
seekers find new jobs without wading through loads of generic postings
that all sound alike and rarely include identifying company
information.

Tell your boss about it and help us build up the database to make this a 
useful tool for both employer and job seeker.

Topical relevance: the website is hosted on Linux, its implemented with 
the traditional compliment of LAMP tools, and the developers are based 
here in Atlanta :)
