[ale] Squid for Kids

Grab the K12LTSP distro. The squid and squidguard and dansguardian in
the setup is pretty much kid safe. It is designed for use in schools.
There is also a squidguard module for webmin that makes it easy to add
more stuff to the blocked list.

Use squidguard fr the block list and access control and DansGuardian for
the page-level filtering.
