[ale] Photo Gallery Scripts (php,perl, etc)

I'm using ZenPhoto. Most will suggest Gallery. Every time I've tried
to use Gallery, it has done something to frustrate me. ZenPhoto is
good enough for my needs, and the code base is small, and readable, so
I can make changes as I see fit.
