SDF provides such access and also free shell access.  I have been using
them for a few years now for shell needs (particularly before I had a
server to work with that provided me access to my files at home).  I
more-or-less outgrew them from a needing a service prospective, but I
have had a backup account with them in the past for dialup which worked
rather nicely; if I need to use them again for that, I will.
