[ale] 3-hole paper printing

ok, I give up. I have an Epson 880 printer, and I put 3-hole paper in it, and 
it stops printing at the middle of the page when it hits the second hole.
I don't see a paper/media type for 3-hole punch, and I'm not sure what to 
modify.
anyone?
